- Also, if you were to look at the long term chart, it will illustrate this stock has a history of running very strong when it does decide to go...This can be reflected in part to the very low float.....Only 5mil for a .21 cent stock...Among the lowest we've seen so strongly keep this fact in mind, especially with the pickup in volume in June, notwithstanding the bullish data.

- Overall the stock looks as if it may start to reverse course with the potential to establish a higher low at .20 initially....This higher low thought is what many swing type traders look for on when to enter, and what we will be examining closely near term.
Bottom Line: Combining the news and the developing techicals, the risk/reward ratio has become quite appealing for considering a buy/hold on the stock into the summer, perhaps longer.
